Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Good news! Ergo Hemp Co. ships to addresses within the U.S. including P.O. Boxes. Just ensure you select USPS upon check out.

What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?
We are sorry to hear the bad news! We can file a claim with the carrier you selected during checkout. Please note that if you did not select a service with insurance or signature required, a claim can not be filed and this means that the product(s) ordered is deemed delivered by us.
Will I Receive A Full Refund or Store Credit?
All returns must be postmarked within twenty-one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
